What file types do you accept?

Can I use my pre-nested files?
Yes, you can provide us with pre-nested files. Files should be nested for a 60”x120” sheet size. Files Nested for any other sheet size may incur a $30 CAD charge. Pre nested files require a manual quote, please contact us if you have pre-nested files.
I don't have a file, can you help?
Yes, we can help with that. Please contact us with details of your project. CAD work is billed hourly & has a $30 minimum charge.
Can you cut a material not listed in your instant quoting app?
Absolutely! Instant quoting only provides quotes for the most commonly ordered materials. Lead times and availability may vary please contact us.
What are your lead times for laser cut parts?
Typically, less than 5 business day once the order is received. Though this time can vary based on current order volume, material selection & size of the job. If you need something quicker please contact us.
Can you quote a high volume production job?
Absolutely! Our web based instant quoting app will automatically calculate costs for any order volume including high-volume. However if you have high volume job or would like to inquire about price matching please contact us for a manual quote.
What Materials & thickness can you fiber laser cut?

What material do you stock?
Our inventory is always changing but we typically try to keep a variety of the most commonly used Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Galvanized Steel & Corrugated Steel on hand. Any material that we do not have in stock we can typically receive from our suppliers within 24-48 hours.
Can I provide my own material?
No, we do not typically accept outside material. If you have a high-volume job and would like to have your own material delivered, please contact us for a manual quote. All material must be new, rust & contaminate free. We do not process dirty or used material.
Can you give me a ballpark price if I describe my part or send a picture?
Possibly, we will need details along with your photo. A sketch with rough dimensions will help us to gauge costs. However, a vector file will still be required for final pricing & cutting. If you need assistance with getting a proper file made, please reach out to us.
What finishing options do you offer?
None at this time, Parts are shipped "as cut". Which may include a small burr on the backside of the parts.
Do you offer bending / forming services?
Unfortunately, not at this time. However, it is a service that we are looking forward to offering in the future.
Do you offer additional post operations?
Unfortunately, not at this time. However, if there is a service that would be beneficial to you or your company you can reach out and let us know.

Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we ship package and LTL freight anywhere in the US. No international shipping at this time.
